To those looking for a challenge

Some basic rules:

• The color of a box determines what operations can be used on it. 
• Each operation corresponds to a change in the color and or number of the box:
  • Addition                              -> Green
  • Slide                                       -> Blue
  • Row or Column Swap  -> Red
• When a box is black, its locked. 
• To solve the puzzle, the color and number of each box must match the solution. 
• The first 12  puzzles work through the mechanics of each operation listed below.
• Row and Column Swap:
  • Can be applied to one or two rows (or columns).
  •  Adds a value of one to each row (or column) involved.
    
  • If boxes in a row (or column) are blacked out, the operation applies to any remaining boxes.
• Addition:
  • Can be applied to one square or can be applied to pairs of two.
  • When applied to pairs, the first square gets added to the second square.
  • Multiple pairs can be selected on the same turn.
• Slide:
  • Each number moves to the square selected immediately after it.
  • Also, a value of one is subtracted from each number involved.
  • Can be applied to one square or any number of squares.
